I first obtained my license to practice law in Utah in 1997. After becoming aware of the great number of complications that seemed to go hand in hand with bankruptcy cases, I chose to make this my exclusive focus. In the decades since, I have spent countless hours building on my expertise to assist clients through their bankruptcy to the most favorable outcome possible. Grady graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2022 and has been working at the Utah Bankruptcy Clinic for over a decade. When he isn't working, he enjoys being in the beautiful Utah outdoors, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.

Cindy McDonald is our senior paralegal, and she will be managing your Chapter 13 case.
